Terms of Service

By accessing and using SiteGuru's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SiteGuru provides web design, development, SEO, digital marketing, and related services to businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• • 50% deposit required before project commencement
• • Remaining balance due upon project completion
• • Monthly services billed in advance
• • Late payments may incur additional fees

Clients agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Supply necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• • Review and approve work within specified timeframes
• • Ensure all provided content is legally compliant

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them. SiteGuru retains rights to proprietary methods, tools, and techniques. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results from SEO or marketing campaigns due to factors beyond our control.

SiteGuru's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Completed work will be delivered upon receipt of payment for work performed.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
